Shipping & Export Terms

Standard export documentation is prepared for each shipment. Additional documents required by the destination country must be identified by the importer before shipment.

Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and local charges are the responsibility of the importer unless expressly stated otherwise in the quotation.

Transit times provided are estimates from carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or force majeure events are outside our control.

Shortages or transit damage should be reported in writing promptly after delivery, together with supporting documentation, so a claim can be filed with the carrier or supplier.
